Duval Sports Hub is a free Jacksonville sports app that aggregates scores, schedules, rosters, venue info, and news for local teams, with optional accounts for saving favorite teams and receiving game alerts. By using the app you agree to these terms.

The app is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, resell, redistribute, or republish content from the app, use it to build a competing product, or access it through automated means without our written permission.

Scores, schedules, rosters, and news are pulled from third-party sources including ESPN, the MLB Stats API, team websites, and public news feeds. That data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and it can change without notice.

Duval Sports Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any team, league, or data provider. Don't rely on the app for wagering, travel, ticketing, or any other decision where accuracy matters — always confirm with the official team or league source. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time by emailing Brunson5@me.com. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, abuses the service, or puts the platform at risk — and we may discontinue the service at any time.

The app is currently free. We may introduce paid or premium features in the future. If we do, pricing and terms will be shown before you're charged, and existing free functionality will not be billed retroactively.
